«Imaging Life» USGEB Meeting 2011, Zurich

January 27 and 28, 2011

The Union of Swiss Societies for Experimental Biology (USGEB) is a non-profit organisation dedicated to advancing biological sciences within the Swiss Academic Community, and to addressing the social, ethical, and economic issues raised by the rapid progress of the biomedical and life sciences. USGEB represents a coalition of independent member and affiliated societies that contribute to the Annual two-day USGEB-Meeting.

The next annual meeting will be held at the University of Zurich on January 27 and 28, 2011. Martin E. Schwab is chair of the meeting that will focus on the newest cutting-edge imaging technologies and has therefore been titled «Imaging Life». The meeting will emphasize how the capacity to visualize structures and processes contributes to our understanding of living beings.
